Permanently crashed

So frustrated that this all has been partially downloaded on my phone for months.... I cant delete it and it wont finish downloading - its just stuck in limbo in permanent crash mode apparently.

I have contacted both the app support and apple support and months later, this app is still stuck on my phone. Unusable and permanently there... I would warn against downloading this app until the bugs have been worked out...
This is just too frustrating.
